    a... todae breakfast at yew tee... walked there...
    den ate noodles... den go market wif mum...
    den went home fast... as time is around 10 den training is oso starting around there...
    den reached schol, hall has no light...
    den sec 2 n 3 went to look for mr lau to on light at first... as coach not there yet..
    den sat in front of the general office listen to mr lau tok...
    after almost one hour he finally finish n switch on the light...
    den went back to hall for training...
    den did normal physical...
    til1 plus den go eat lunch...
    after tat went back for training...
    den plae til 6pm... den went to lot one for dinner wif team mates...
    after tat went to arcade first den back home...
    kj came mi house to use com... den 10 pm went back home...
